You can ask Unicart W.L.L to delete your Unicart Bahrain account (website and Unicart Bahrain app) and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@unicart.world with the subject “Delete my Unicart account”, from the email address you registered with. You can also send a WhatsApp message to +973 3561 5494.
- Include your registered name and mobile number so we can confirm it is your account.
- We will confirm and delete your account within 7 working days, and reply to let you know it is done.
What is deleted
- Your login, name, email, phone number and saved delivery addresses and map locations
- Your wishlist, saved cart and loyalty points
- Marketing preferences (you will stop receiving offers)
What we keep
Invoices and order records are kept for up to 5 years because Bahrain VAT and accounting rules require it. They are used only for legal and accounting purposes and are then deleted. Card details are never stored by us.
